We’re really happy with our water dispenser. The help guide was easy to follow for setup. I recommended flushing the water several times to get all the carbon dust off of the filters. The water is clean and flavorless. Love not having the Brita dispenser on the counter anymore! Purchased the functional stand from Amazon and it looks great!
I really appreciate this stainless steel to hold the water however, I have some uneasy feelings about my water sitting in the plastic fluoride filter filters. In the future, I will not be replacing them. Overall love the product. Water tastes great. I now have two, one at home and one in the office. I really appreciate the fact that I can take this camping and will be handy if we ever experience a water crisis.

I didn’t leave 5 stars because when it came it looked like it had been opened and parts had been used. It came with 2 spouts which is not normal and extra parts. Some parts were in a zip lock bag that you have at home. Also one of the filters kind of broke when it came out of the box and I’m not sure if it was already like that. I was able to rig it together to work. Water taste great. We have the bigger one which is really hard to fill up. I would have definitely got a smaller one knowing that. My suggestion is to get a smaller one if possible so you don’t have to hold the top while filling it. It’s not easy.

Very Quality made unit. I was surprised to learn that it came with 6 filters while other competitors have two or three. I haven’t had time to get the filters installed yet. Had back surgery recently and some things are challenging. Sorry. Maybe I could do another review later on.

Quick easy delivery and set up!
Just got this for Christmas. The instructions weren’t very clear and must’ve been for an older model. The spigot is loose even after getting my husband to help me. The spigot is also leaking. First impression is not very good.

Although I do generally like the product, the instructions for set up seemed like they belonged to a different or older model. Certain things listed like tan gaskets and flat gaskets straight up didnt exist in the kit, so it made setup more a pain than it needed to be. The system also over flows if its too full, i.e. once the bottom tank is full, if the top tank has any excess water, it will flow out of the seam, which seems like a bad design. The system filters slow enough that its hard to know just how much to put in it.
Easy to set up
I am very excited to set this up fully. The carbon filters are in, the fluoride filters are waiting on the company to send a priming button called for in the instructions. Fingers crossed that my second request to the help desk is successful.

I would like to give them a -1 but not available. I ordered system and within few hours system's price was reduced considerably. Have been trying to contact them all day by phone and email. If I hear " sound of silence" by Simon and Garfunkel one more time I'll flip out. You wait and then recording mumbles that agent is busy and to call back later! 🤨 They have not responded to my email requesting a price adjustment either. Horrible customer service!
