Warranty Coverage
- GlacierFresh applies the warranty period of twenty-four (24) months on flagship products (except accessories). Part of easily broken products (glass pitcher) provide lifetime warranty. Except it is assumed by EU law, GlacierFresh cannot be held liable for a warranty period longer than the period as defined by the manufacturers and suppliers.
- When a product has a defect within the warranty period, please contact us via support@glacierfreshfilter.com. A return form will be sent to you. After the form has been approved, the product can be returned for repair. For a defect within the warranty period caused by the customer's own doing, GlacierFresh will give an estimate of the repair costs that includes material and labor plus the costs for the return shipment. If the previous statement is true, any costs which came into being will not be compensated by the GlacierFresh team.
- Please note that if you purchased Glacier Fresh products from other platforms (Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok), please provide the corresponding platform order number and photos or videos describing the product. Our customer service staff will verify this and provide you with warranty or return/exchange services.
When Warranty is Void
- The warranty period has expired.
- Inappropriate usage.
- When the product is not in its original state, for example, due to modifications.
- When the product has been used in combination with accessories that do not support the product.
- Unsupported software or firmware.
- When a defect has been caused by the customer, the costs for the repairs and shipment are for the customer to bear.

Give the failure description with a short video or photos, along with the serial number and the order info (PDF).
Upon receiving your email, we will respond within 24 business hours.
Trade-in Policy
GlacierFresh Trade-in Program Details
Applicable Products: This trade-in program applies to all GlacierFresh under-sink, countertop, and outdoor product lines (Note: The old product must be worth more than $200).
Value: Earn a credit equivalent to 40% of the retail price when purchasing a new product.
Process: Documents: Take photos or videos of your existing system that needs replacing.
Submission: Contact our customer support and provide the relevant videos or photos.
Evaluation: GlacierFresh will evaluate your submission.
Quote and Purchase: After receiving a final quote, purchase the new device from the GlacierFresh website. We will refund your original payment method.
Validity: The trade-in credit must be used within six months of issuance.
