Installation in my GE side-by-side took 30 seconds. Water tastes no different than when using the GE filter. For the price of one GE filter you get three of these. Yes, I was able to reset the ""Change Filter"" light on the control panel. Just hold the button for 3 seconds. Like the GE filter, you have to run a gallon or so of water through the filter to clear it.

I was pleasantly surprised this filter worked. I truly did not think it would, as I've heard so many others say that unless it's a true GE filter the chip won't work. No issues with the chip, and the filter delivers great tasting water!

Fit and works great. But unfortunately my GE Refrigerator just stopped chilling. Not anything to do with filter change. I ordered two now I will have one that's not been opened up yet to do nothing with because the refrigerator is probably going to be junk. Maybe I can return it?

Glacier Fresh initially sent the correct filters but the RFID chips were not working with my refrigerator. After a couple of days of trouble shooting, Glacier Fresh quickly sent new filters from a different lot in hopes that the RFIDs would not have the same problem.

We have not received item, credit card has been charged. Received email on January 21st that order was on the way. I sent them an email on February 2nd that item was not received. They apologized and send they would reship and send a new tracking number. Did not receive a new tracking number so I emailed on the 4th of February. New tracking number was received saying that it was shipped on the 3rd. Item not received yet and will be then happy to do another review once it is. Patiently waiting
