The delivery came within the time promised, and the filter is just as good as the whirlpool filter filters I have been using. Foolishly, we have paid three times as much for one filter. Most recently I became disgusted with Whirlpool because my filters never arrived, and I could never reach anyone to discuss the matter. I was told repeatedly, “they were delivered on…“. Living in a condo complex, those filters could’ve been delivered anywhere and Whirlpool would not help me in anyway! Whatever you do do not buy direct from Whirlpool.
