I almost sent it back because the instructions were incomprehensible, requiring washers and screws that didn’t exist; but after communicating with you guys and getting to watch the assembly video, I put it together and am loving having it set up with lovely clean water available any ol’ time. Your representative Anna was very gracious and understanding, apologetic and encouraging. I’m glad it worked out so well. And, as I understand it, my experience motivated y’all to update the instruction sheet and reinforce the box for increased stability and decreased ripping. Thanks so much, Dr. Kathy.
Very pleased with the quality and price. Would have given five stars, but one part was missing… the primer button for the filters. Also, the assembly instructions and priming instructions were not very clear. I was able to find a YouTube video by a customer of a similar system that was helpful. Works great, bought the stand off of Amazon.
I have one in my home and I love it! I bought a second one for the living space I made in my basement! Having town water, I don’t like tasting the chlorine and this system takes it all out of the water! Thank you for such a great product!

I love it. Takes the chlorine smell out of my tap water. For those who say it leaks - mine did too the first time I filled it and it was overfull. You have to pay attention to the gauge on the front and not fill too much all at once.

This is a well constructed unit. The filters are a bit tough to prime but once that's done you can notice the difference in comparison to the tap water.
