• Locate the access door for the air filter. It usually lies on the top right corner between the first two shelves. You may need to remove a shelf if the access door lies behind it.
• Rotate the outside cover after holding it at the bottom to access the air purification cartridge.
• From the top, hold the black cover and rotate it downwards. The cartridge will be popped out, and you can then remove it.
• Take the new cartridge out of its packaging and place it inside with the connector pointing downwards. Unlike the connector, the logo’s position must not be fixed.
• Close the black door after the new cartridge is in position. Rotate the outside cover until it’s securely fixed outside the black wall.

Designer Series (IT, IC) Air Filter

• Locate the access door for the air filter. It usually lies on the top left corner between the first two shelves. You may need to remove a shelf if the access door lies behind it. For drawer units, you will find the access door on the left of the upper drawer.
• Rotate the outside cover upwards after holding it at the bottom to access the air purification cartridge. Hold the cover at the top for drawer units and rotate it downwards to access the cartridge. 
• From the top, hold the black cover and rotate it downwards. The cartridge will be popped out, and you can then remove it.
• Take the new cartridge out of its packaging and place it inside with the connector pointing downwards. Unlike the connector, the logo’s position does not have to be fixed.

PRO Series Air Filter

• From the top, hold the black cover and rotate it downwards. The cartridge will be popped out, and you can then remove it.

For Classic series: 

• Press the ‘Pure Air’ option for about 5 seconds to reset the air filter life.
• Go to the control panel and check for the ‘The timer is reset’ indication.
• If replacement is done before the ‘Change air filter’ notification, it is still important to reset the air filter life by long pressing the ‘Pure Air’ option for about 5 seconds.

For Designer series: 

You may encounter two situations;

• The arrow on the left side of the home screen is tapped to access the options menu.
• Go to the setting menu by tapping the ‘Gear ‘icon.
• Go to the information menu by tapping the ‘i’ icon.
• Go to the air and water filters menu by tapping on ‘Filters’
• Long press the ‘Air Flowing’ icon for 5 seconds.
• If your filter replacement is complete, tap ‘Reset’ 
• Tap ‘Yes’ in the next step to confirm and complete the air filter life reset.

Change Filter Message is Present

• If you do not have a replacement filter, tap ‘Snooze’ to delay the notification for a week. Use this time to arrange a replacement filter.
