Easy installation and water tastes great after replacing filter.
On my 2nd batch of filters purchased from Glacier, one of them had a leak. Messaged customer service about the problem, followed their protocol (pics, description of problem, order#) and they messaged me back next day and replaced the leaky filter within 3 days! Excellent customer service!
Loved that the product arrived in a timely manner, only negative was that it arrived bagged and looked and smelled to have had coffee spilled all over it and had another clean bag taped around it. Was odd to say the least but everything is working well and again arrived in a very timely manner. We will order again.
The product fit my Beko refrigerator. It was shipped out fast, however, it got lost and I never received it. Customer service was excellent. They shipped out another, however, that took forever to get to my house. Link sent me to Canada Air again and I thought it was lost again, but it finally arrived in Pa. Apparently, it came from California, so tracking was a bit off. Once again, customer service was excellent, and the filter works great. Just don't involve the USPS.
Pretty standard water filter. This fit in my LG fridge without issue and has been working fine. Not sure how long itll last but usually I get three months from filters. Hopefully this is like that as well. Overall it seems nice and works just as expected
This filter fits my LG refrigerator perfectly. I've just recently installed it so I don't know if it will make a big difference in the quality or taste of the water. I would expect a major improvement considering the cost of a single water filter.
